Use this tool to find out exactly how much energy, fat and sugar is in some common foods and drinks and how much physical activity you will need to do to burn them off. You’ll also find a healthy alternative suggestion - with handy recipes.

1) Nutrition information is derived from FoodWorks 2007 software (version 5) and the Healthy Food Fast cookbook recipe analysis.

2) Exercise required is based on a 60 kg person using conversions taken from Calorie Fat & Carbohydrate Counter (Borushek, 2009).
